What we investigate
The report brings together the investigation observations, methods used, source findings and relevant access and repair work. Supporting photographs are included where appropriate. A clear account helps you explain the job to an insurer, landlord or managing agent without having to reconstruct the visit from memory.
Signs to tell us about
- An insurer requesting evidence
- A concealed pipe needing access
- A landlord needing a repair record
- A claim requiring investigation findings
Getting ready for the visit
Ask your insurer about pre-authorisation and the evidence they require. Share any claim reference or reporting requests before the appointment.
What to expect
The report supports a submission; it cannot guarantee claim approval. Trace and access, the pipe repair and reinstatement can be treated differently by a policy.
Detection, access and repair
For residential work, the £1,250 package includes investigation, suitable detection methods, access or excavation, the plumbing repair, parts and materials, testing and a report. The repair carries a 12-month workmanship warranty.
We serve homes and businesses across the listed service area. Check the coverage directory and provide the exact postcode before booking. Decorative and remedial reinstatement, including flooring, tiling, plastering and decorating, is separate.

What happens after a leak is found?
