What we investigate
A successful visit depends on reaching the relevant rooms and water systems. We establish who can authorise the job and who will meet the engineer, then investigate the symptoms and explain any required opening. The report records the findings and work so the owner or agent has a useful account for the property file.
Signs to tell us about
- A tenant reporting repeated damp
- Pressure loss in a rental property
- Water damage affecting another occupier
- An agent needing documented findings
Getting ready for the visit
Provide the owner or agent contact, tenant availability and any key collection instructions. Establish permission to enter adjoining or communal areas where the suspect pipework may run.
What to expect
Residential work can use the residential package. Business premises and wider commercial instructions are assessed and quoted separately; we confirm the arrangement before booking.
Detection, access and repair
For residential work, the £1,250 package includes investigation, suitable detection methods, access or excavation, the plumbing repair, parts and materials, testing and a report. The repair carries a 12-month workmanship warranty.
We serve homes and businesses across the listed service area. Check the coverage directory and provide the exact postcode before booking. Decorative and remedial reinstatement, including flooring, tiling, plastering and decorating, is separate.
