The advertised total is £1,250, including any applicable tax. Investigation, suitable detection methods, tracing, necessary access or excavation, plumbing repair, parts and materials, testing and a report are included. Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded.
Booking and deposit

Permissions and access
The person arranging the work should be able to authorise it or identify the responsible person. Shared supplies, neighbouring properties, tenancies and managed areas may require advance permission. Let us know about restrictions before the appointment.
Repair warranty and reinstatement
The plumbing repair has a 12-month workmanship warranty. Written booking details will explain the procedure for reporting a concern. Tiling, flooring, plastering, painting, cabinetry and other reinstatement after access are separate.
