A quote for detection alone is different from a package that also includes access and plumbing repair. Check whether parts, materials, testing and the report are included. Ask how the company handles work outside the agreed scope before the visit starts.
Our residential package
Track N Fix offers a £1,250 total for residential investigation, detection, tracing, necessary access or excavation, plumbing repair, parts and materials, testing and a report. It includes any applicable tax and a 12-month workmanship warranty. A £100 deposit is deducted from the total after booking confirmation, leaving £1,150.
What to budget for separately
Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded, including tiling, flooring, plastering, painting and cabinetry. Commercial work receives a separate quotation. Confirm the job and read the booking information so the agreed price and any separate arrangements are clear.
